re: Loan #16371056
As you know, we are in current litigation at 5th USCA #14-51224. That litigation appears knotty, and may consume more time before we resolve all our issues.
Meanwhile, I have always excluded issues of force-placed insurance from that litigation, as those issues were preexisting to our primary concerns. I am under advisement that all of those force-placed insurance issues have been resolved through the courts, and upheld on appeal, so it is time for me to submit my own claim.
My claim is relevant to only my own force-placed insurance payments, and includes pro-rated insurance premium, from the same force-placed agency, that was received by PHH and held in my behalf while I was bankrupt. This should be duly noted in my final escrow statement, which has never been sent to me, but of which I am sure you have proper records in your files.
From my own accounting, the total sum due me, exclusive of any fees or collection expense, is $11,980.83. On November 1, 2015, I submitted my claim for payment. I have received nothing, and am forced to take steps. On 15 January, I am adding a late fee of 25 BitCoins. Every day thereafter of noncompliance will result in another late-late fee assessment of +1 BitCoin. Immediate payment would be appreciated, by cash, check (with sufficient funds), direct payment to my bank account in Burnet, or PayPal.
Why don’t you have one of your minions do it today?
