Welcome to our site! You have probably arrived here by referral from a friend or associate, or just a Google search for information on PHH Mortgage, based on past, current, or contemplated business relationship with them or any of their subsidiaries doing business here in Texas. I've had some poor experience with PHH, and have set up this site as a clearinghouse of information others may find helpful, or a focal point for those who might wish to join in our effort to remove a predatory mortgage servicer from our State of Texas. Of course we welcome visitors from the other 49 states, and hope you find something of value here you can adapt to your own purpose. If you've read The Big Short, by Michael Lewis, you're aware of the systematic looting of property, largely unrestricted or even backed by government, which has marked the beginning of the twenty-first century. House of Debt, by Atif Mian and Amir Sufi, and Other People's Houses, by Jennifer Taub, would complete your education on Modern Mortgage Theory. Since 2000, private property ownership (owned by individual) in America has shrunk by 10%. This property has not been bulldozed or burned out, it has been seized by the bank and an increasingly lawless community of financial manipulators, driven only by greed. Business has been GREAT! The mortgage servicing industry has provided their public face, and insulation from the dark side of regulations, such as fines or imprisonment. We hope to make a change. We're glad you're here! We're going to concentrate on PHH Mortgage, of Mount Vernon, NJ, as an example. Our goal is to mount a successful class action, identify other members of class they have damaged, by unlawful seizure of property or assets, seize their own remaining assets and devote them to restitution, put their officers in jail, and dismantle their corporate shell. We do have regulations. We just choose to waive enforcement. It's just business. To join our class, or just to keep informed as we progress, go to our contact page. One click away.
